I'm back and it feels fantastic!!

I had to stop running for some considerable time due to a problem with my eye. I went into a bit of a funk since I had just graduated and now was told not to run. At a recent physical my doctor said since running made you feel so great take it up again! I did and now I have graduated for the second time and I can't begin to explain how this has changed my life again. So to anyone out there who thinks that maybe they can't do this programme I can assure you it works and will be one of the best gifts you can give to yourself and all those that love you. Thanks to everyone who has been supportive throughout my journey. You are the best. 😊
