I've just done week 5 run 1 this morning. I'll be interested to read how you get on with run 3! We just need to #trusttheplan
Well, I made it. Finished week 5 and to be honest I found it wasn't as bad as I had imagined. I did take my dog with me who kept my mind off the run so before I knew it Michael Johnson was telling me only 5 more minutes of running.
