So just completed my first run after graduating. It was a little lonely not having Sarah telling how long I had been running but I chose Take That to run along to.( dad I know for a mid 50’s lady). The music kept me going and I even had a little sing along the way. Getting closer to the 5k in 30 minutes what shall I chose to run sing a long to next ? Suggestions welcome 😀 x
