Had to take a week off due to a sore foot. Took your advice - doctor said muscular, gait analysis didn’t show anything significant and got running trainers. Despite becoming a ‘runner’ (who’d have believed it!) I decided to avoid week 7 just yet and go back to week 5 just so that I didn’t scunner myself after a week not running (sometimes Scottish words are just so much better). It worked as I felt good and didn’t gasp for air and managed to “speed up” when Sarah told me 60 sec to go. Foot feels ok so far too. Back on track but still not looking forward to week 7!!
