Hi all. Having pleasantly surprised myself by completing W5R3 on Friday and feeling elated afterwards, I was looking forward to W6R1 today. I completed it okay, but despite it being two minutes less running and with two walking breaks, compared to 20 mins solid on Friday, it somehow felt tougher. Probably psychological. Anyone else had the same?

Despite this, I am feeling really pleased with myself having got this far with no running experience for decades! I really didn't think this was for me, but I am now delighted to be giving it a go.

Just done W6 R2 and feel the same. I think it’s the walking breaks that make it tougher.
