Hard work tonight. It’s been a long week with work and as such energy levels have been lower. Dreaded today but got through easy enough. Run 3 of the week is firmly in my view and dreading it, such a big jump.
Finding it harder to find the motivation as all this time in and healthy eating has meant 0lbs lost which is a blow but I’ll stick at it.

I've lost a grand total of 0lbs in these five weeks too! I keep trying to tell myself it's about fitness gained rather than weight lost, but it would be nice to see some improvement.
Well done on W5R1 - I've just come in from W5R2 and it actually felt easier than R1, if you can believe it..!
Ah I hope so. It was hard work today and the step up seems big this. Dreading run 3 of the week. I hope you manage to smash it. Let me know how you get on.
I would have thought by now I’d see a small loss and you are right I feel fitter and better but I’d like the scales to tell me too. Ha.
