Hi, I'm looking for the group that run around Costello Field in Hull. I am starting C25k tonight and I am lucky enough to live next to Costello field, which is ideal for C25K. I have seen a group of runners there recently and wondered if it is something that anybody could join? Can you join in at any point or do you have to wait until the 9 weeks start again?

Hi Nikki. I may be wrong but I doubt that the running group will be on here as this tends to be people doing the c25k as their own journey, or with a friend. I know it can be daunting to approach strangers but I would suggest that you ask them the next time you see them - runners are, generally speaking, a friendly bunch so I doubt they will bite 😀.
