Let’s see how today’s run goes, hopefully just as easy as the first one. Resting day went fine, no stiffness or sore muscles or joints, which was ace.
I’ve been wondering though, cause I have now MapMyWalk, MapMyRun and Fitbit-apps and of also my C25k apps on that isn’t there really any app that would recognise my excercises all in 1? Seems just such a wiggle even though all my apps share the data, I still have to edit the type etc.
A bit frustrating.
