Apparently it's the longest workout time you have done so far. Lots of people find it difficult. I did too. Well done for doing it...i found it got better from that point π

I had a knee when I did the programme. It stopped me running, but it bothered me when I didnβt run, so I thought Iβd crack on to see if I could run it off. I did! π
Just keep going really nice and steady and see how it goes. Do you do any other cross training in non-run days ? Cycling, swimming,walking etc etc. It all helps
πMe too! Found the 20 min run fairly easy (dare I say) then week 6 run 1 was awful! Felt the worse ever since I started. Run 2 tonight! So a bit apprehensive for the first time. Good luck!
