So.... how did w6r1 feeling more difficult than the 20 minute run of w5r3..... is it all in the mind? Or was it just because it's Monday morning?

Also one of my knees have started to give me a bit of jip following the runs.....but it seems ok when I'm running.......any advise?

Apparently it's the longest workout time you have done so far. Lots of people find it difficult. I did too. Well done for doing it...i found it got better from that point πŸ™‚

I had a knee when I did the programme. It stopped me running, but it bothered me when I didn’t run, so I thought I’d crack on to see if I could run it off. I did! πŸ˜ƒ

Just keep going really nice and steady and see how it goes. Do you do any other cross training in non-run days ? Cycling, swimming,walking etc etc. It all helps

I'm going with the run through it too. I not doing anything else due to time constraints.

It's funny how this running get hold of you.... I feel guilty if I go more than 2 days with out running!

πŸ™‹Me too! Found the 20 min run fairly easy (dare I say) then week 6 run 1 was awful! Felt the worse ever since I started. Run 2 tonight! So a bit apprehensive for the first time. Good luck!
