Is this the place to log a short term goal of running 5k? I've run in the past but not sustained running for years. Now I've set a goal of running 5k in a few weeks, after a few regular, shorter runs. Started Saturday with a 20 minute run. I'm focusing on minutes as I know I take about 30+minutes for 5k and the end goal is a parkrun. But am I on the right post! Learning.....
