Love a Sunday morning run... not so much the alarm clock! But having the roads mostly to myself and silence... just bird song πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

5 personal bests this morning, got further than usual, still not gonna hit 5k on graduation but I’m soooo happy just to be comfortably running for 30 mins... that’s enough for me for now! The rest can come in it’s own time ☺️

Well done, nearly there and don’t worry about the 5k aspect, be one of the 90%plus who graduate without doing 5k, it’s the 30minutes that counts

I did my graduation run this morning and didn’t quite make 5k but do you know what, I don’t care, I ran for 30 minutes - something I didn’t imagine doing 9/10 eeeks ago!

Keep going, you’re doing amazingly well ...one more to go x

Thank you, No certainly not worrying about the distance... just amazed to be running at all and getting this far in the programme is more than enough for me 😁

5 PBs! Greedy πŸ˜‚ Sunday morning runs are the best, you dont have to be out at the crack of dawn and there's still no one around!

Sundays are my only chance to do a morning run, they are soooo much easier and nicer than my evening runs.

5pb’s just happened, honestly wasn’t intentional just think my legs have more energy in the mornings rather than after work haha 😊
