After 9 weeks I finally competed the last run on Friday! I actually ran 5k at the beginning of.week 8 as I was feeling good do just decided to keep going. I definitely can’t do the 5k in the 30mins given but I did want to do 5k (Friday was my 2nd 5k run) so I just kept going until Strava told me I had reached it!
Any tips on running a bit faster? I always feel like I’m just about able to keep running at the pace I am and I might make myself sick if I run much faster! Also any post couch to 5k tips for keeping running? Thanks all!
