W5 done and dusted. I may be very slow but there IS running after pneumonia!😄
I am quite taken aback at how my mind can automatically think “I’ll never manage... 5 mins, 8mins, 20 mins...” even though another part of my brain knows that’s rubbish because I have done it before.
“Auto-gremlins” be gone! 😃

Hi Pc59 it’s great to hear from you. Good for you getting going again! That running bug has got you! 3rd C25K is so much better than 3rd return to the couch. 😀
Yes Mr E & I had a wonderful time in the Highlands- I just love it there and we were so very fortunate with the weather.
You bet👍we can keep each ither going😊I like what you said about better 3rd time c25k than couch😂fair cheered me up as I hadn’t been writing much here as i felt bad for not keeping going after I graduated! But i having reading all the inspiring messages to keep me going! Lets go us two😊
Hey Pc59, I am just back from W6R1- Mr E is in shock - I am not a morning person usually! What a morning: sun, dew drenched grass, birds singing.😃
I don’t think you need to keep quiet because you are repeating the program, (although I know what you mean, I have posted less too). I remember someone saying that they ran C25K from scratch every winter because summer running didn’t suit them.
Wow good for you😊👍im usually out in the mornings however im trying to get my garden finished so food shop, garden & then il be getting out to run knowing you have done yours😊It keeps me motivated knowing someone at same place😂. Really well done this morning , how did you find it as i always found this week a bit of a challenge! One thing i have been doing though is walking every day , aqua aerobics & swimming so hoping that helps with running! There is benefits of retirement 😉
That’s an impressive exercise routine. 😃 Retirement in another 13 months for me.
Today’s run has been my favourite both times, - I think because psychologically I knew that I could do it first time round and today because I kept the pace right down, ( I only do snail anyway!😂), so it was just a light jogette!! Enjoy your gardening ( mmm love that too) and your run. I’m cheering for you! 😄
Im a snail pace too😊il let you kniw how i get on with run as il definitely be doing it!! You will love retirement I hadn’t planned mine so soon but stress of my job was effecting my health! Im so much better now😊
