Really enjoyed W6R1 this morning. My mindset has totally changed since getting the 20 min run out the way on Thursday. Up to then my head would be saying 'keep trying and hopefully you'll manage C25K' now my head is saying 'you can totally complete C25K' and I'm buzzing looking forward to each run now. I feel so much better physically and mentally, just need to keep going and hopefully shed a few pounds along the way π€ππ

Iβm starting week 6 on Monday. Run 3 week 5 was in my mind a make or break run. It was a test to see if you could run for that long. Iβm looking forward to week six knowing that Iβve overcome that mental barrier called run 3 week 5.
