3 2 1 go. The first five minutes the old legs feel stiff, have I bitten off more than I can chew. Pavarotti in my ears. ‘Your 5 minuets in’ Laura speaks over the music. Keep going I say to my self. You can do this. Focus, focus I say. ‘Your half way there’ I hear Laura over the music. I’ve settled into a rhythm, shoulders down, breathing fine. ‘Laura says ‘you ran for 15 minutes’. I feel good legs no longer stiff, then I hear Laura say ‘you’ve just ran for twenty minutes. I feel myself staring to cry. I’m a runner

Well done in completing that run 3 of week 5, yes you are a runner (unofficially) officially you are a runner, they tell you after run 3 of week 6, which is 25 minutes.
