Hi all, I am currently on Wk8R2 and was wondering, when I have graduated, how to keep going. I have heard people talk about consolidation runs and Stepping Stones but not sure what they are?

I can answer a bit of that. It’s recommended that you do three consolidation weeks after graduating to embed the habit of running for 30 mins - three runs a week at 30 mins.

I’ve just finished my first week of this.

There are a variety of other programmes you can do after C25K including focussing on speed, fitness, longer distances. I think Stepping Stones is one of those.
