Hi everyone, was wandering what kind of speed people are doing the runs at, worried that going fairly quick is fine for the first couple weeks but getting a lot tougher now wandering if I should lower the speed if the runs

I don't think running at a pace that leaves you feeling tired by the end of the run is necessarily a bad thing, it does mean that you're giving yourself a good workout - but obviously if you're close to not being able to complete the run at a given pace then you'll need to slow down a bit.

The plan really is about getting you to run for a block of 30 minutes, rather than necessarily completing 5k in that time. I've still not managed a sub 30 time yet (it's my eventual goal), and I think I read somewhere that probably only around 10% of people running the plan manage 5k in the 30 minutes during week 9? Might be wrong on that though.
