At least sheβd make a great motivational coach for me - all sheβd need to do is say βrun sexyβ and Iβd bolt in the opposite direction! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπ¨ π
Interesting article! So, I run at a 'sexy pace' nearly all the time then, so will stop referring to it as snail's pace now! π Seriously though, I know this works as my shorter runs are now a little bit, but naturally, faster.
Yes, me too! π Although the slow pace calculator made me realise that my slow pace was probably not quite slow enough & made me feel psychologically better about being even slower instead of thinking βthis is ridiculousβ. π
I want to do this but I find it hard. OK for a while then drift back to my natural pace.... and it makes my legs ache. I can never work out whether to take same number of steps but shorter or slow the whole action down like slow motion!!
Did a slow run today.. Kept pace to 7'57 average for 30 minutes (3.9k). Like we said was hard to do but felt very fresh after so assume it was successful π
Great article thanks - music to my π ears! π
I especially love the fat burn bit!! I am in that frustrating place of having lost most of the weight I need to shed, but will those last few pounds come off?? π
