Was looking forward to run 2 because of the high I got from finishing run 1 - as usual 1st 3 minute and 5 minute runs were a bit of a slog but by the time I came to the 2nd set of runs I was in my stride.
Both last runs felt reasonably comfortable so I upped the speed by 0.5km per hr.
Then Sara M came on and said I’d done the final run - I wasn’t having any of that and ran for another minute just because I could.
All previous pains in the shins from the last 3 weeks seem to be not coming back so I’m assuming it’s my legs adapting.
Amazing feeling - bring on saturdays final run of week 4 then onto the obligatory fear of the next weeks step up in time.
