W1 complete....but feeling flat.

So -

W1R1 I went too hard (even though I thought I was going slow) , took some advice on here and slowed right down....

R2 -used the advice, it was fun, loved it. Felt energised and refreshed.

R3 - felt too easy. I feel like I didn't get the most from the run.

I *think* it was a combo of being worried about making the same mistakes as R1 and not walking quickly enough in-between. Any ideas on trying to find the balance?

My R3 yesterday felt too easy too. I think it’s your body getting used to it and your muscles and lungs etc building up. See how the next one goes:) Try to pace well and slow doesn’t mean bad. I thought I was worse yesterday because I felt I had run slower but I actually covered more ground:)

I was going to wait until Sunday but I'm going to go on Saturday. I'm itching to go back out there.

Congrats on a complete week. When are you going out for yours? Tomorrow?
