W1R1 I went too hard (even though I thought I was going slow) , took some advice on here and slowed right down....
R2 -used the advice, it was fun, loved it. Felt energised and refreshed.
R3 - felt too easy. I feel like I didn't get the most from the run.
I *think* it was a combo of being worried about making the same mistakes as R1 and not walking quickly enough in-between. Any ideas on trying to find the balance?

My R3 yesterday felt too easy too. I think it’s your body getting used to it and your muscles and lungs etc building up. See how the next one goes Try to pace well and slow doesn’t mean bad. I thought I was worse yesterday because I felt I had run slower but I actually covered more ground
