Tonight's run felt a tad more difficult than W6R3 but my tracking app shows it was a much better, steady pace. I usually use the Samsung Health app that's pre-installed on my phone as it auto tracks without having to manually start the run. Tonight I used Strava for the first time alongside Samsung Health but didn't record my warm up and cool down walk. Strava is showing a much shorter distance, which would you count as more reliable? There's no way my walks either side of running doubled my distance when they are at a slower pace.

W7R1 Steady Pace & Strava
My instinct would be to trust Strava I think. I've got the same Samsung app on my phone (which I don't run with) but on a normal day-to-day basis the Samsung app seems to get a lot of things wrong....
Oh no I've been filling myself full of self confidence on my distance and pace and now I'm doubting everything it tells me. I've always just naively trusted it!
I've just double checked the Samsung Health settings and the location wasn't set up properly which explains the dodgy stats. Devastated that I'm miles away from where I thought I was 😭. On the positive side, a 25 min run without stopping is not to be sniffed at! No matter how slow or how little ground I've covered...
Now listen hon. This whole malarkey is about being consistent. Being able to run for 25mins is a huge achievement. Sod distance. Sod pace.
Anyone can burst a gut running fast for a bit. But you can run for 25mins without flaking out. That is fantastic. You are fantastic.
Got it? xxx
