Apprehensive about my next run which is 20 minutes has anyone done this yet.

Try not to worry about it, it’s not as bad as you think. Just go slow and steady, you’ve got this!

I was very nervous but it went really well. I think the hardest part is the first few minutes then once you hit your stride and get breathing sorted it feels much easier - maybe I’m crazy but that’s my philosophy anyway

Just take it as slowly as you can. Grind it out. Your head will try to tell you to stop. You honestly don’t need to - keep on going. Try to enjoy it - it’s a big hurdle and the entrance to the final phase of the programme.

This was my last run. I was apprehensive too but it's completely doable. Good luck, you'll smash it 💪🏼

The way I did it was to break it into four 5 mins run in my mind. I counted 300 (1 sec increments) and then reset counting to zero. That way I was always looking to get to that 5 min mark and forget about 20 min run.

You can design your own way of doing it, but definitely not think that it’s not doable. The program has already got you ready to do it. It’s only your mind telling you that it’s tougher than what you have already done.

You can do it! I was a bit scared for this run too but you just have to keep going! Don't tire yourself out at the beginning.
