So I m one of those who hasn’t posted yet but have tried to give encouragement to those starting out . My partner and I just completed run 1 week 6 in the Grand Canaria in 27 degrees heat I m so proud of us sorry if that sounds like I m blowing my own trumpet but I ve tried to get into running including at Bootcamp but used to struggle . I ve read post after post on this wonderful site and slowed slowed and slowed again when needed . Right now I can’t believe I just did this on holiday to !

excellent, especially in that heat, I listen to the weather forecast, the ideal temperature for running is from 11c to 18c/ 52f to 65f, if higher than that I would not run as it would get too uncomfortable for me
