First run of week 2 shattered... Would it be better if I ran in the morning instead of at night after work?

It’s usually cooler. If you can manage your morning to do it I would recommend it. And you are likely to set yourself up for the day - counter-intuitively it gives you more energy!

Personally I've found it easier to run in mornings and weekends than I have after work when I'm tired..

In a morning then you can revel in that lovely glow all day 👍😊

Always early mornings for me. You have the whole day to be impressed with yourself (or not 😀)

Plus it's cooler and quieter, less excuses not to go......

I also always run in the morning, personally I can’t eat before I go, I find it much easier on an empty stomach. Also the feeling of achievement is with me all day, which keeps me motivated to eat well 😁
