Wk9 Run3 All completed

Who would have thought a few weeks ago that I would be able to run for 30 minutes. I certainly didn't, but here I am. This has been a wonderful introduction to running and I am going to continue with my hubby 3 days a week. We will try and increase our distance and perhaps do some 5k Park runs. Thank you Couch to 5k.xx

I am proud of you too, we have encouraged each other and when either of us have felt like we are faltering, have been coaxed along. We were both determined we weren't going to quit lol
