And thats a wrap....this morning we ran our last wk9 run, and it felt great!!
When I started to struggle i just thought about how in week 1 I struggled with the 1 minute runs.
I also ran a completely different route today, I've always stuck to farm tracks by our house because I didn't want people to see me run, today I scrapped that and ran around our village and down along the main road, let them look haha
Excuse the sweaty mess graduation picture but it was warm this morning
Now I'm going to keep up 30mins,3 times a week and see wherebi go from there in a couple of weeks

Time to bask in the glory and then...consolidation is the name of the game... short routes, 30 minute routes..new routes and lovely slow longer routes, the ones that continue what C25K has begun.
The long slow runs build up the stamina and the strength for whatever we decide to do next... then take a peek at the What Next post.. some great ideas there
Well done to the two of you, I hope youβre both really proud of yourselves, youβve smashed it! Also I have to say you donβt look a sweaty mess, youβre glowing!
Thank you but I can definitely confirm that was sweat running down my face haha...and thank god we can't smell down our phones yet haha. God only knows what I'll be like when it geta really hot. I need some 80s style sweatbands
I can relate, I had the sweatiest top lip on my run last night, went all in my mouth yuck! Hahah I hope if that it gets invented Apple call it Smelltime π
Iβm delighted for you both. Many congratulations. Visit your local Parkrun soon. You will love it. I graduated 2 years ago, Parkrun has kept me running and as a result I love my 3-4 runs every week.
Wahoo!πππΌπ We like that glow (on both of you) ππΌππΌπ Brilliant achievement. I hope the village appreciated the honour of a victory run by two lovely ladies. Happy running! ππΆπ΅πΆπ
Ah thank you. That's my daughter and she stuck to the farm track today she wasn't feeling the being public yet. And we started together and then met at the end for the last 3 minutes π She happy because at school for her IB diploma she has to complete 20 activity hours and grt them signed off and she found out couch25k counts and she is going to show a PE the app and he is going to sign it off...Win Win!
