OK ..I exaggerate...but confused myself and set treadmill way too high..found out that snailspeed is the right pace for me..if I had any illusions before I don't now..I nearly came off treadmill..
So..why after getting thru 20 mins run on Saturday did I struggle just now with the intervals of five and eight ?

Iβm 6β6β and when I look in the mirror at my feet it scares the hell out of me. They look like they are always a couple of inches away from ablivion π π
Yep, all of those reasons would do it plus W6r1 is a notorious tripper upper of people - look in Topics at Week 6. And in total week 6 is 24 minutes plus the 5 min warm up, so actually longer than w5r3. You did it! Yaayπ W6r2 next - you got this π
