Unsure if its because there are a few months until I'm 40 or because its a few weeks before I attempt to don a bikini again but I feel the urge to get fitter! Just finished the second week of Couch to 5k. Hips and knees feel stiff but apart from that all ok so far! I've tried this a few times, I find up to week 4 easy enough, but then find my wall when the length of time kicks up a notch. I'm determined to get through it this time!

Hope you manage to keep going as it really does wonders for lots of aspects of your life, not just getting fitter and more svelt. If you can get to the longer runs you could listen to audio books, podcasts, music playlists, zombie runs etc, etc.

It's so much more mind over matter. It really is. If you can find a way past the gremlins you will make it to the podium, you just have to want it enough 👍😉
