Born to Run - the book

Has anyone else been reading ‘Born to Run’?! It’s so brilliant... has really given me the running bug (and reassurance that anyone no matter how terrible their form or physique can learn to be good at -and love - running!) it’s the most inspiring book - I was recommended it by some running friends and now I think all aspiring runners should read it!

Probs the Chris McDougall one. Ultra running. Completely bonkers but a riveting read if you can get over the sciency bits...

Yep that’s the one! The sciencey bits I found as gripping as the story itself but maybe that’s just me 😂
