Week 4 break

Hello everyone, I am about to complete week 4 this evening, however week 4 has taken longer than a week as I did week 4 run 1 before going on holiday for a week, run 2 on Saturday when I got back and hopefully run 3 tonight. Run 2 was really tough, probably due to a week of boozing, but I completed it, hoping that I will feel better tonight. Not sure whether to go straight into week 5 or repeat week 4? My competitive nature says go to week 5 but not sure if it is for the best?

Cheers.

I would just keep pressing on if you complete tonight’s run. I’ve had a couple of really tough runs along the way but provided I’ve finished the run I’ve always gone straight on to the next one. I’ve only got one run left now until I graduate. Good luck out there tonight 👏

Thanks I think you're right, and well done on almost reaching the end.
