Loving this sunny weather for my morning runs around the village! Just started Week 4 and feeling really good. I was passed by a real runner near the end; he gave me an encouraging smile and wave. π

Good on you Janesetter, keep going, which reminds me when I was out on my week 7 run 2 yesterday I was also passed by a real runner, the first one a lady was running I would say at about 26 minutes 5k pace, for about 20 seconds I 'tried' to go at her pace when she was about 30 metres ahead of me but of course that was not possible to keep up with. Later in my run, I slowed down to let another person, a man pass me, this time I actually could keep up with him ahead of me by about 40 metres for the last 5 minutes of my 25 minute week 7 day 2 run. I would think that the pace for that last 5 minutes was about 35 mins for a 5k, he was not running a fast as the lady I tried to follow.
