I have to wait until tomorrow for Week 5 and it’s Sunday with very little plans.

Thinking about going to the gym for some light weight training and a bit of walking on the treadmill (it’s pouring out).

Is that wise or should I do nothing?

You can do anything apart from running on your rest days, so weights and walking are perfect. Just no breaking into a little run on the treadmill!

Skipped walking. Tan bed instead, as milk bottle legs need to get a bit of colour. 😂

Yep - it’s only high impact exercise you need to avoid.
