Wk5r3 complete!!!! 20 full minutes, don’t think in all my 38 years I’ve ever managed that!

Agree with you fully on that one, Angela, when I ran that 20 minute run of week 5 day 3, it was the longest distance I had ever run in all my life, at 72 it is some achievement, even at school, my longest run was 10 minutes.

It is a brilliant achievement, well done.

Look out for W6R1 though, it requires respect and proves that one twenty minute run does not a runner make.......take it slow.
