Been to see the physio this morning who says no worrying or permanent damage done to my ankle.... a tendon wear injury and the best thing I can do is to keep running! I have to take it easy and stop if it gets uncomfortable. He said my body will adapt and get stronger but to start thinking like a runner and think about how I sit (not cross legged or curled up) and to try and join a gym. Going to hydrate properly today then try a run tomorrow! Thankyou for everyone's kind words and messages since my grumpy moan last week. X
