Yay Dobby and I - with help from Arcade Fire - completed week 4 today - I had such a big smile on my face when I finished the second 5 minute run!! Although not sure if having the dog with me is cheating as she puts some speed on when she sees squirrels or rabbits!! Still - I need all the help I can get lol!! Happy days - bring on week 5 😊 🏃‍♀️

Thank you! She’s fast and pulls quite a lot - especially at the beginning of a run - but I think that probably helps me haha! 😝
