Well I've managed (just) all of w3. To anyone behind me: if I can get this far you can too.
3 very different runs. For 1 I was grumpy after a long week at work.. barely managed to motivate myself and walked outside to rain. Gave self pep talk that it was either go back or succeed and surprised myself and got rid of the grump. 2nd I was in a good mood, it was sunny and hard! Very sweaty and heavy breathing. Today...boy does my left calf and shin hurt...felt almost too painful to lift near to the end. Have however made it. So want to achieve this but dreading failing with week 4! Any tips?
