W1R2 completed. So glad it wasn’t raining this morning. Today seemed harder than the first day. I took the same route and covered the same distance. Slowly but surely. Thigh muscles are pulling (I did do some stretches on day of run 1 and rest day). I’ll feel like I’ve achieved something when thigh muscles no longer do that. Very happy to report that so far joints are ok! In fact better than usual. Checking the weather forecast for Friday...
