As with weeks 1&2, it gets easier each time. I still can’t believe I’m doing this though. Loving this forum, and am on here every day. Just wondered, is the 5 minute cool down enough, or should I be doing stretches too?

Hi Bettyb719, Well done on your progress so far. Yes you are right, you should be stretching after your run when your muscles are warm. If you look to the right of the screen you will see a panel headed Pinned Posts. There you will find a really helpful post entitled FAQ POST ..... HOW TO RUN C25k by our mentor, IannodaTruffe. I think that this post has been described as essential reading for C25k and within it you will find that there is a link to stretches for after running. All the very best with your running journey. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
