Starting W3 today

Nervously anticipating my first run of W3 today. Seem to find the first run of each week impossible, 2nd a doddle and the 2nd half of the 3rd run hard work. I am doing this with my almost 13 yo daughter who has a few issues at the moment with her weight and general self esteem and so far we are both “enjoying” our time together on this new challenge!! Can’t ever imagine running for 30 mins without stopping at the moment!!!

Well done - I’m ready to do W3 R2 and I agree - 3 weeks ago I would never have even thought I’d run more than 60 seconds!
