First time ive not enjoyed my run tonight, week 7 run 2. . Hopin it was just tiredness from work & the heat , it was a real slog all way round. I’m def a morning runner!!

Don't know about you but It's been sleeping badly through the extremely humid conditions we've had lately..and last night hardly slept all..so I' m blaming my leaden performance on what else but .the British weather..?!⛈️⛈️⛈️

I'm going to be different, I prefer to run in the evenings. My work doesn't involve a lot of moving around and is not physically exhausting, so it's nice to get out and stretch the legs at the end of the day.

I actually prefer running in the evening! My legs don't wake up quickly!
