Not much of a post really. Just had to share with somebody!
So last night I completed week 8 run 1. I was looking forward to it but also worried about how hot it was but I got out there anyway and I really surprised myself! I checked how far I had ran and realised I had managed 4.8km quite happily at 28 minutes! If you'd asked me 8 weeks ago if I could run 28 minutes without stopping I'd have laughed at you!
I'm so glad I started couch to 5k. It's given me a bit of time to myself (which is difficult with two young kids) and I love the feeling I get post run! I also love reading the posts on here as it's such a nice supportive community.
