I do have to admit when Laura said I'd be running a full 20 minutes...my brain froze! As she said, you have to go beyond what your brain is initially telling you. That's how I made myself think about it, and it worked...kept telling myself I could do this, and I did. Breathing properly and slowing down here and there definitely helped! Total end result: felt really great when I was done-- ALL good!
