W1R3 about to commence, in a little pain though as was just stretching before I go and felt something pull. Hopefully the warm up walk works the kink out.

I’ve been reading people’s posts and have seen podcasts mentioned a lot. When do I need to follow/listen to the podcasts?

Your best bet is to read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which will answer questions about stretching and podcasts.

Pre run stretches need to be dynamic rather than static, so do check out the links in the guide.
