I completed my first race ever today at the age of 49. I started the program in February and completed it last week. I can’t tell you how chuffed I am. I have never done anything like this ever. If Michael Johnson ever reads this post (after today anything is possible 😂😂) thank you for your positive encouragement. Ore realistically thank you to all the lovely people on this forum!
