As someone who always thought that enjoying life was about about cheese and wine, I am astonished to find myself buying Lycra, researching fit bits and looking forward to my next run! This is such a massive achievement for me.

I love reading about how everyone is doing, and have been finding it really helpful and inspiring, so I thought it was time I posted something myself

My final run of week 8 this morning was much helped by a lovely lady out walking her dog who asked me how long I’d been running - so proud to say 8 weeks!
