Change of mindset 😬

Did my 2nd Park Run yesterday using the Stepping Stones app - am feeling the bpm are too slow for me and I'm missing the buzz , so have decided to go with my natural rhythm and repeat W9 runs for as long as I feel necessary . So it's back to Sarah Millican and my motivational songs! Keen to do a weekly Park Run based on the W9 30minute runs which takes me to roughly 4.5k so am going to try and notch it up by an extra 60 seconds each time and see how I go 😊

I’m interested that you tried the stepping stones - is there an app? Or was it a podcast? I was worried that the bpm might be to fast but i’m doing around 4k so maybe they’ll be close to my pace?!

Hi Pippayoungart i used the podcast - not sure there is an app? My initial thoughts were that it was set at around my pace but I feel like I'm hanging and struggle to keep the rhythm - definitely worth giving it a go though 😊
