This is me running in the emf 5K yesterday. It includes a 1/10 hill that lasts about 2K.

I’m overweight and 45 years old. Seriously if I can YOU CAN TOO!

Believe in yourselves, “nothing can be achieved if you stay in your comfort zone” was written on the back of the medal.

I’m so proud of each and everyone of you guys!

Awww great post and lovely message. When I was a kid we lived at the top of a 1:10 or 1/3 as it used to be called and Mum would give us 2p to spend In the sweet shop to carry the shopping Home. 😀. Running up that is epic well done.
