After failing miserably on w6 R3 on Wednesday (ridiculous cramp from the start! ) I re-did it today and smashed it. Wondering...could it be that the cramp was caused by running/jogging too slowly ? Ran at a faster rate today and felt great.

It should be part of daily life. You need to drink a minimum of 2.5 to 3 litres per day, whether exercising or not.
