Yes!!!! And topped it off with 11 extra minutes after cool down, then cooled down again. I got to the point where i had 7:26 to go and wanted to quit but i pushed through and i am SO happy i did.
Grateful to the helpful support given, i feel better not fearing the next steps on my own.

Brilliant- well done. Just read your previous post & was going to reply but thought I'd see how you got on. W5R3 was the best for me - it gave me such a high. I've just completed W6 this morning- R3 is 25mins - felt great but not the same high as W5R3. Well done again & watch out for W6R1- it can be a bit tricky. Sounds like you got this though - you'll be fine. Good luck & keep us posted
It is all psychological but there are places I was a bit tired, was great to finish. I mentally broke it up into bits of five, I made through 5 minutes, I can do 5 more until 20 was over. Felt great. I must have because I took a sweaty photo lol.
Good luck with run 3!! After run 2 it's not so bad because run two is just two runs broken in half ...
Have fun!!! You'll have to let me know how it went!!
Congratulations! Itβs a really big hurdle to get through R3 of W5 isnβt it! I did it the night before last, I was dreading it so much and feeling like I could never do it that I felt like Iβd graduated when I finished it! π Well done! Iβm a bit scared of W6R1 now after whatβs been said here?!
How did you get on with the first run of week 6 today? Hope it went well for you, I actually found it quite tough for some reason?? Maybe I needed an extra day to recover from W5R3?
